In this project Ashville Construction handled the entire process from start to finish. From managing the entire re-structure and extension of the property, to landscaping and final finishes. We worked with the client to firstly design the perfect home. We spent extra time ensuring that every corner of the plot was exactly how the client wanted with everything having a purpose.

We then started to mock up designs until the client was completely happy before proceeding to the first set of steps for the project. We completely gutted the house and rectified any issues that the building had.

We moved on to completely rewire and plumb the whole house whilst installing the latest technologies for home automation and for the ventilation system. Both front and back garden were completely redesigned also as well as new area in the back that we re-enforced and also, installed a pool.

The next stage we started to plaster and tile based on the clients specification with the chosen finishes. We carefully created hidden features for the blinds and other fixtures to be hidden in.

Throughout the house both inside and out we spent the time and effort to pay attention to every detail of the property. We continued this theme throughout the finish of the house. We used plenty of bespoke features and used our incredible resources to source the right materials and products that matched exactly to what the client wanted. With additional pool changing area and loft storage spaces and plenty of quirky areas throughout the property.

The final results were breath-taking and exactly what the client had desired. With our team handling every part of this project we were confident that we could deliver on our promise to our client.
