Founded in 1936, the NHBC helps protect clients and raise the standards in construction of new properties across the country. Approximately 80% of the new homes that are built in the UK every year have the 10-year Buildmark warranty offered by the NHBC. This warranty protects you against any unforeseen issues that may arise upon completion of your project. As a non-profit company, all of the profit made by the company is reinvested. This falls directly in line with the mindset at Ashville, where from day one we have continually reinvested, improved and strived for higher standards
