Refurbishment of commercial building into 9 luxury apartments – Chiswick High Road
This large project involved converting an existing commercial building into a series of 9 fully refurbished luxury apartments. Included in these apartments are a number of both 1 and 2 bedroom units. This project was carried out in partnership with LA, DTZ and Southern Grove. The building was completely refurbishment complete with structural alterations. Due to the challenged faced by working with an existing building, a communal heating and water system was installed. This communal system is run on remotely monitored systems for the comfort of the residents.
The entire building was upgraded acoustically and an automated smoke ventilation system runs through the heart of the building. All of the apartments also feature:

- Bespoke wardrobes
- Engineered wood flooring
- Interactive energy management control system
