Loft Conversion London and nearby areas are one of the most sought after home extension projects, due to land scarcity and high demand in this area. “Improve, not move” is the term we often use at Ashville and we strongly believe that this strategy can, not only improve your living environment, but also add substantial value for years to come to your property.

When this five-bedroom family home became too small, a Loft Conversion was a very astucious way to add usable living and utility space. The supporting roof construction was completely removed and a new timber and steel structure created. This meant the newly created internal space could be partitioned into 3 new bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a playroom, and utility which totaled 1200 square foot.

The project was a full design and build and lasted 26 weeks from concept to completion. All concepts where created by the Ashville team together, working closely with the client at our Kings Road showroom. Internal spaces, fixtures and fittings were all designed and specified in-house as part of the complete turnkey service.

Special features such as Air Conditioning and LED lighting were great comfort and carbon footprint reducing additions. Bespoke storage solutions were created wherever possible.

Throughout the project the property was lived in. Work access for staff and materials was through the scaffolding, what allowed minimum disturbance for the family.
