Flat Renovation Project | Central London Studio Flat

This Flat Renovation project was carried out for a mature client, who wanted to relocate to a smaller, comfortably modern flat and to be close to their friends in the heart of London. Being used to the luxury of a new built apartment in their previous flat, they wanted to recreate the same feel of a new built, but on a smaller square footage.

Flat Renovation encompassed Bespoke Kitchen, luxury Bathroom, bespoke cabinetry, book shelfs & cupboards and a new Bathroom. Whole apartment was rewired and new plumbingware was fitted. Bathroom benefited from a new tiling and a low LED mood lights to insure better end-of-the-day relaxation.

Wall insulation was implemented to restrict the travel of the noise, high-end Kitchen appliances and Natural Stone worktops were also added to the Bespoke Kitchen. Due to the limited space in the studio apartment, every inch was accounted for. Therefore all the appliances in the kitchen and bathroom had to be closely fitted to create comfort and reasonable amount of free space. You will see from the pictures, that this was successfully accomplished with the Ashville Inc Team’s overwhelming experience and expertise in the Bespoke Design and Build Projects.

Client also requested the fitting of the soft furniture, which was chosen during the project and installed at the completion. The whole flat was renovated in reasonable period time and handed over to the happy client.
