Office Refurbishment London
Residential developers Southern Grove required a completed working office within a very tight timescale of just 3 weeks. This limited timescale meant we had to work to an accelerated working programme.
Southern Grove are a private property development company. Having outgrown their existing office space, Southern Grove needed a quick turnaround to ensure minimal disruption to their business. We worked evenings, weekends and dedicated extra manpower to keep the project on schedule.
We produced a modern design scheme, using imagery of projects Southern Grove have successfully completed. The innovative design of the office included flexible spaces, a striking reception area and boardroom. All were carefully considered with integrated lighting, audiovisual systems, air-conditioning and automated blinds.
