The majority of our clients demolish and rebuild an existing property, given that it is more cost effective. This is because working within the restraints and limitations of an existing shell can present challenges.  These challenges are always overcome, but increase time and the scope work work, which inevitably incases costs. We assist clients from concept and through the planning process. Generally our clients live within their proprieties until planning is achieved and a start date for the works is imminent.
As an NHBC Builder we aim for the highest standards in construction. Our own high standards are amplified by the need to meet strict criteria in both construction and Heath and Safety. We are accredited members of both Safe Contractor and Considerate Contractor. We are certified Gas Safe and NICEIC installers to name but a few. We hold professional indemnity, public liability, employers liability and all risk insurances.
We consider client satisfaction as an integral part of our operations. From the moment you make your initial enquiry, our helpful staff will remain in continual communication with you until your project is completed. We understand our responsibilities to our clients and also understand our responsibility to the environment. Health and safety is of paramount importance to us and to prevent any potential risks, we audit all of our sites ourselves as well as working in conjunction with external third parties to ensure maximum safety on our sites.
