Ashville Inc are specialist in underground living spaces and offer a comprehensive service when building a basement in your home. In London every inch of square footage is of great value. Basement conversions are a wonderful alternative to relocation, and will increase the value of your home significantly and add a further element to your living space.
We present proposed plans, specify fixtures/fittings and show before/afters of past projects, for all Basement Conversions.
During the initial consultation, one of our directly employed Senior Architectural Designers will meet with you to discuss your ideas. We will ensure that all of your requirements are met and incorporated into the conceptual design.
Should an unused basement or cellar already be present, we can use our expertise to extend the area, or create a usable space. When creating a basement as part of a new build project, we will carry out excavation, structural and damp-proofing works in the first stages of development.
Following your approval of the conceptual design layouts, detailed architectural plans and elevations will be produced for your final approval. These will then be submitted to the Local Authority for grant of Planning Consent.
Basement conversions are not limited to existing homes or their blueprint. Gardens and driveways may have individual basements created beneath them, or serve as an Extension to a new or existing basement.
Sub-basements are ideal in prime location areas, where clients do not wish to take vital living space from their main basement area. A single or multi-level basement can transform the space beneath your feet into a light, airy living area with countless possibilities: Games room, Gym, Entertainment area, Home cinema, Swimming Pool, Studies, Family room, Wine Cellars.
